During one hour, the harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls and the cosmic tones of the Gong are going to take you into a beautiful inner journey. Their gentle vibrations will balance and harmonise your body, mind and soul, helping you to connect to your own inner wisdom and promoting new positive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, joy, creativity and inner peace.

After the journey, you will be offered a cup of fresh herbal tea. You will be free to take the time to enjoy it slowly, as you come back to the here and now and share your feelings and experiences with the group if you wish to do so.
