Choosing Your Session
Reiki with Horses
We begin with a gentle introduction to the horses, giving you time to arrive, feel the space and meet them before the session starts.
You will then be invited to lie down comfortably on the massage table, remaining fully clothed, and to allow yourself to relax.
During the Reiki session, the horses remain completely free. They might quietly stay nearby, participating in more subtle ways. They might also approach, touch you gently or engage more actively, supporting the emotional and energetic process taking place.
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, peace, a profound feeling of love, or a renewed sense of connection with yourself.
Reiki and the horses meet you exactly where you are, supporting what is best for you in that moment. This is why each session is unique, naturally adapting to what you truly need.
Guided Horse Connection and Reiki with Horses
This beautiful experience begins with time dedicated to connecting with the horses.
For around 45 to 50 minutes, you will be gently guided through simple groundwork exercises with the horses. The aim is not performance, but presence, communication and connection.
These shared moments create a deeper relationship between you and the horses. It allows more space for interaction, trust and mutual awareness, often bringing greater depth to the Reiki session that follows.
After a short pause, you will be invited to lie down comfortably on the massage table to receive Reiki with the horses.
This more immersive experience is created for those who wish to deepen their connection with the horses before entering the Reiki session.

Location
The sessions take place in the beautiful space of Cavalos no Rio Mondego, at Encontro no Rio, Póvoa de Midões.
Booking Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Weather-Related Changes
In case of unsuitable weather, a session may need to be rescheduled to another available date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
About Marie
Marie is a certified Reiki Master offering 1-1 Reiki sessions, Reiki with Horses, Reiki training courses, regular guided Reiki practice and Re-Reiju, as well as Reiki Share gatherings.
Horses have been part of her life since childhood, through a deep family connection and many years spent in their presence, moved by the stories and passion passed on by her grandfather.
She has always been deeply touched by horse’s sensitivity, presence and extraordinary ability to connect with people’s emotions beyond words.
Reiki with Horses is the natural expression of these two paths, bringing together her Reiki practice and her lifelong connection with horses in one deeply meaningful experience.
About Daniela, Lisa and the Horses – Avila, Lucero, Trovão, Indira and Pinu’u
Working with a horse is therapy for the soul.
Daniela and Lisa offer sensitive horsework through groundwork, riding lessons, liberty work and equine-assisted coaching.
They teach children and adults how to read and understand horses, communicate with them in a soft, clear and friendly way, and build a free and trusting connection through body language, presence and energy.
Through this work, people learn to lead with calmness and trust, while experiencing incredible and deeply unique moments with the horses.
