Samain is a very unique time on the Wheel of the Year.
According to the Celtic tradition, the veil separating our world from the other is at its thinnest; a pathway opens up, a chance for us to connect to the wisdom of our ancestors.
And as the nights are getting longer and the darkness settles in, we are being invited to look inside ourselves to find the light within.
It is the perfect time to slow down, breathe out and take a moment to connect deeply with ourselves.
This is with this intention that we are going to honor this Samain with a Meditative Sound Bath.

During one hour, the harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls and the cosmic tones of the Gong are going to take you into a beautiful inner journey. Their gentle vibrations will balance and harmonise your body, mind and soul, helping you to connect to your own inner wisdom and promoting new positive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, joy, creativity and inner peace.
After the journey, you will be offered a cup of a delicious herbal tea. You will be free to take the time to enjoy it slowly, as you come back to the here and now and share your feelings and experiences with the group if you wish to do so.
