THE LOVERS' SOUND BATH
The Lovers' Sound Bath is a sound healing treatment specially tailored for couples.
During the session, you will lay down on comfortable mattresses, as the harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls and the cosmic tones of the Gong take you together into a beautiful inner journey, harmonising your vibrations to let you resonating on the same serene frequency.​​
This very special ​Sound Bath for two is designed for deep relaxation and revitalization
of the whole body, mind and soul.
It will balance and harmonise your entire being, favoring your connection to your own inner wisdom and promoting new positive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, joy, creativity and inner peace.​​

In our beautiful Harmony Room, located in Póvoa de Midões, or directly at your home (an additional cost may be applicable depending on your location).​
Practical informations
Before the session, all along the day, please, drink plenty of water: it will help you to better absorb the sounds and vibrations.
During the session, wear comfortable clothes .
Immediately after the session, it is strongly recommended to avoid noise and crowded places, and to pay particular attention if you are in traffic.
Please, note that Sound Bath is safe and beneficial for most people but it should be avoided if you have epilepsy or suffer from serious mental disorder (schizophrenia…).
